What kinds of property can we use the pass on?

Any U.S. residential property with one to four units (single-family, condo, duplex, triplex, fourplex). Commercial properties and larger groups aren’t supported yet; join the waitlist for updates.

Can I gift or transfer my pass?

Yes. Within 14 days of campaign close you’ll receive a private access code you can use yourself or give to someone else.

What support do early-access backers get?

Founder-led onboarding, live chat, quarterly product briefings, and priority voting on the roadmap—until public launch.

Do professional partners get a special plan?

Yes. The B2B Partner Pack is designed for agents, lenders, attorneys, and other value-chain partners. It includes four annual (group) passes for clients plus quarterly founder briefings and market insights.

What happens after the campaign?

We’ll email you within two days to confirm your spot.

After the campaign, public pricing moves to $49 per user / month (annual billing).

Does this replace a lawyer?

CoBuy is not a law firm and Co-ownerOS™ is not legal advice. The platform guides you through governance choices, generates a customized Co-ownership Agreement, and keeps everyone synced, but you can still hire an attorney to review or tailor the agreement if you wish.
