A little background.

• We started CoBuy at the kitchen table to unlock homeownership over eight years ago.

• Co-ownership—pooling resources with a friend, relative, or loved one—cuts homeownership costs by 40-60%. But it isn’t straightforward.

• As relatives, we felt the complexity, risk, and uncertainty. It burned. We thought, let’s make it simple, safe, and smart.
