What’s the Property Events Calendar?

Yes. Every subscription includes ID verification, blockchain-anchored contracts, and encrypted storage. Only you and your co-owners can access your data. We apply the same encryption standards used by banks, so your agreements and documents stay private, tamper-resistant, and protected end-to-end.

How long does setup take?

Many complete governance and sign agreements in about 45 minutes. Others spread steps over a few sessions. Progress saves automatically, so you can work at your own pace.

What if we don’t own a home yet?

Does it work if we already own?

What if someone wants out?

Your Co-ownership Agreement includes exit procedures for buyouts, sales, or transfers. Co-ownerOS™ documents transitions and updates agreements automatically, so there are no surprises and relationships stay protected.

What types of property work?

Any U.S. residential property: single-family homes, condos, duplexes, triplexes, or fourplexes. Not built for commercial property or groups larger than 4.

Does this replace a lawyer?

No. CoBuy generates customized agreements but isn’t legal advice. For complex scenarios — trusts, commercial property, or more than 4 owners — we recommend having an attorney review. Some groups still choose to get legal review even though setup can be done entirely in the platform.
